Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Bharat Electronic.
We take every effort to ensure that your purchased items reach you safely, in good condition and provide optimum service.
You are requested to check the product delivered to you prior to accepting the delivery. A signed acceptance on the delivery document (Such as POD Copy, Delivery Challan, Tax Invoice etc.) will be considered as your final acceptance of the product as it is delivered to you.
After acceptance of delivery of the product, Bharat Electronic Trading Corporation (henceforth "Bharat Electronic") or bharatelectronic.in will not entertain any returns or refund request. Manufacturing defects/dead on arrival conditions will only be accepted if it can be confirmed by the installer of the corresponding manufacturing company for the product.
In case of any issues with the product or damages, please notify us by calling at +917003085041 or by email at info@betc.in within 24 hours of receiving it. Please ensure that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging alongwith your proof of purchase.
In case of defective or damaged item:
- The corresponding manufacturing company will provide On-call support followed by a Technician inspection at your location.
- The corresponding manufacturing company expert will repair the product or provide a replacement as applicable. The time taken for resolution will be as per the corresponding manufacturing brand policies.
- In case a replacement is reqiured, it is subject to availability of the same model by the corresponding manufacturing company, as well as any policy the same company has with regards to product replacements.
In case of refunds:
If the product is not accepted at the time of delivery, we require that you provide a cancellation request to us via email at info@betc.in, apply for return witihn our webstore through your customer account at https://account.bharatelectronic.in, within 24 hours from the time of attempted delivery.
Following that, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Bharat Electronic Trading Corporation reserves the right to approve or deny any return request based on the circumstances of the return application, the condition of the product, or any other reasons that are deemed applicable.
For online/digital modes of payment, if your refund is approved, there will be a 5% deduction from the order value, and you’ll be refunded the remainder within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@betc.in.
Order processing:
We cannot accept any modifications to your order once it has been placed and paid for. Combining or adding orders will also not be possible. We do not accept cancellations once orders are confirmed.
In case of non-delivery due to the buyer's error (incorrect delivery or contact information, unavailability of buyer at the time of delivery, any incorrect information), Bharat Electronic is not liable for any losses incurred by the buyer. If Bharat Electronic incurs additional costs in such a case, we reserve the right to claim the same amounts from you.
In case of non-delivery due to any error by Bharat Electronic, or unavailability of stock after the order has been confirmed, you will receive a refund of 100% of the order value. Refunds can take 10-15 days to process, and are subject to bank conditions and delays.
